I don't think the math works out, even with 20 goals. If he scores 20, his line scores zero because he takes all the shots when he's on the ice, so on average that's less than 10 goals each player.

They provide overwhelmingly more offense for the cost of easier minutes. The domi line doesn't win that calculation.

I just disagree about Robertson.

I would move Benoit. Split up Tanev and McCabe, we don't need them as a pair right now. Move Robertson and Domi because all they're fast at is turning the puck over. And I think that would do a lot. And I would tell Knies to stop clutching and grabbing. He does that too much.

I don’t think they’ve stopped themselves from offense. They’re clutching and grabbing and taking penalties and that’s making them slow. Domi line is going backwards and that’s slow.

It was loudly frustrating then, now I’m too tired to be loudly frustrated.

And Matthews has lots of shots. And Cowan looks like he can stay. And Rielly has been much better. They still somehow are slow and flat despite all that.

Joshua-Roy-Järnkrok is a genuinely good third line. That’s the plus I can note from this game.

I’m keeping minimal attention until they trade Domi.
