1. In a major shadow docket ruling from the Supreme Court, the court has ruled against trans people's passports, giving a stay to the Trump administration.
The admin has previously indicated it intend to revoke some passports if it got this ruling.

1. Republicans are attempting to get the FBI to label trans advocacy as domestic terrorism.

1. The Trump administration is about to release it's own anti-science "Cass Review," a sham review with pseudoscience that will be used to justify sweeping crackdowns on trans care in the United States.

HEADS UP: The House Health Committee is now hearing SB 39, a sweeping bill which aims to cut off best practice medical care for transgender people of all ages receiving care through the Georgia State Health Benefit Plan.

On a verbal vote, the committee has voted to pass SB 1. It will now move to the House Rules committee where it could come up on the House floor at any time from there.
Because it's already passed the Senate, if the House passes it, it would go to the Governor to sign into law or veto.
