record-breaking attendance for Amy Sherald’s show, 
“American Sublime.”As of February 9th, attendance stood at 63,000.  That number is expected to rise to 75,000 by the time the show closes on April 5. Her show is now the museum’s most-attended show since 2000.

I was deeply concerned about the government’s misrepresentations at the argument, including the false claim that no transgender service members have been separated pursuant to the ban. That is blatantly false.”

We hope the court recognizes that they were hearing a number of misrepresentations and that they will carefully read the record in this case
