Oh, there was outrage in my house, but also the feeling that... this captures the modem zeitgeist. Like, the 70s were harvest gold and avocado, the 80s rose and blue, the 90s forest green and burgundy, and the 2020s are kinda... nothing. But yeah. I named it We Have Given Up.

WEEDING UPDATE: Pulled a cart and a half of books from less than half the fiction section. It was time. I may have had TWO copies of Cleary's SISTER OF THE BRIDE with the Joe and Beth Krush illustrations. Lots of long fantasy series are going away. The first step is admitting you have a problem.
