I'm already sorry for that little robo rover but sometimes sacrifices have to be made.
Maybe get a fine written constitution with rights, democracy, failsafes & stuff like that first & enough people that are willing to stand by it.
Then get rid of all the power-hungry asshats that want to rule alone.
You don't even have to kill them all. Exiling seems a good alternative sometimes.

I’m still a bit intimidated by the big building. That ruin is supposed to be one little part on the top. Plus I have an even bigger one in planning that’s still in the box atm.
