My daughter came to sit for a #portrait session at my local life model painting club. Lately I really like to #sketch or lay the base of a #PastelPainting with PanPastel (pigment powders pressed in a small pan that you apply with tiny sponges).

Vaguely impressionist style painting, with dominant blue and green tones, of a Parisian bridge on the river (Seine). The water and bridge are in the foreground, the archs sustaining the bridge and a long boat passing by occupy the middle ground. In the background greenery and sparse houses. Warm light, serene atmosphere.
