The downside is that neither our scanner nor the "donor" scanner can be used for now, the cooling unit simply does not have enough power.

Tonight the cooling system which supplies our #MRI scanner died.
Fortunately, facility management came and frankensteined our scanner onto the cooling circuit of another scanner - a procedure they had just come up with 2 weeks ago.
Disaster averted, now we have time to come up with a real solution.
