If a trackball isn't helpful, or having the hand prone is painful, a vertical mouse might also be an option.

I think so! Right now on amazon (where I grabbed that pic from), the M570 is ~$60 US, but the M575, which is considered to be the ergonomic version, is ~$35-45 US.

I did use a trackball for a time, and it did help but there were a few issues that were mostly related to older wireless tech and interference. It's fine as long as that's not interrupted.

It's the Logitech M570 and there MIGHT be an updated version now? I got this one probably about a decade ago.

I absolutely did regain strength! Probably could have regained more if I had done the full PT after, but all my PT for the year was taken up already from rehabbing my leg.

Related to ergo everything: low-profile keyboards have helped *so much* since I can't voice-to-text at most times. And lowering my keyboard so my elbows aren't bent upward

If you're typically a 1-handed phone typer: use both.

Some ergonomic devices might be worse for you, but most are worth trying

Some other things that can be helpful, and extend time until your non-dominant side needs surgery:

- Make your set up as ergonomic as possible.
- Stretch. More. Even more. (Like, A LOT)
- If you can: physical therapy
- Injections if there's a lot of inflammation.

The release surgery was very easy (it was done with a nerve block/local anesthesia) and my biggest regret there was waiting so long to get it done.

On my right side, I've been getting steroid injections. Had 2 in a little under 3 years, so I'm about due for either a third and/or a reevaluation.

I suffered with it for 20+ years on my left (dominant) side, currently have it on my right with lesser symptoms.

It happening on both side is common, & though there's not a solid genetic link, my mom & her mom both had it.

Before I drop a bunch of unsolicited advice: would you find that helpful?

OP, in CSP, instructs you set a layer above your shot to 'Divide' in the layer settings.

OP then says 'Select the color of the BG that you basically want to be white' and then points to the Divide Layer we made and says to fill it.

Wow! All hints of that Divide Layer Color are gone and everything is bright and crisp and white now!

A little tip when you've taken a gpose reference shot or something of that sort on a stage panel and everything is just a littttttle off color because of the housing lighting-
