When you reach the end of a jam or jelly jar, make a cocktail. The remnants will provide sweetness and flavor. Throw everything in and shake with ice.

1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice

Top with Winter Spiced Cranberry Sprite
Put cranberries in bottom of glass with water. Place rosemary sprig upside down in the center and hold in place with tape or rubber bands. Put in freezer until frozen. Voila!
