The hostages have been suffering under the same conditions as Gazans as a whole since Oct 7: being killed by indiscriminate Israeli bombing and starved by Israel’s blockade. Netanyahu has never cared about the hostages’ well being anymore than he’s cared about those of Gazan innocents.
