So the Taiwanese Ministry of Education is offering a 28,000TWD/month scholarship for foreign students, which is interesting not only because that amount is lower than even minimum wage in Taiwan (which isn't enough), but also because it's nominally lower than the 30,000 they offered back in 2008.

Lost my wallet today in Kaohsiung. Rented a scooter and 30 minutes later realized the wallet is missing. Being in #Taiwan I knew exactly what to do: rode back to the spot where I last know I had it and sure enough: someone found it and put it in a visible place. Wallet contents untouched.
