-The Forest Spirit, Princess Mononoke. A neutral god of life and death. It does not speak, and has no discernable goal. There is no guarantee that it will help you in your time of need, but when no options are left, and if it is around, it'll either ease your suffering or bring you from the brink.

-Hircine, Daedric god of the hunt, Elder Scrolls. An omnipotent being who's worshipers are numerous. His domain is the forest, and he rewards both hunter and prey, so long as they demonstrate skill. For prey to overcome the hunter is a feat worthy of respect.

-The Stag (a.k.a. Freaky Deer), Adventure Time. Arguably the least powerful in this line-up, The Stag is a menace and a threat. It never speaks, but it's clear that it's goals seemed backed by malicious intent. To encounter The Stag is to be left with a feeling of unease.

-Leshen, The Witcher (specifically The Wild Hunt). Ancient forest spirits that protect the deep, dark woods. Singular in their mission, they will kill all that venture too deep, regardless of the intruders' intent.

-The Nowhere King, from Centaurworld. Corrupted beyond recognition of it's former self. Possessed of otherworldly power, and an insatiable hunger. It will bargain if it can, but will obliterate you on a whim.

-The Beast, From Over the Garden Wall. A malevolent force, eager to make a Faustian deal. Can be enticing, and manipulative. Jovially wandering the woods, despite other dangers that lurk there. The power it seems to wield the most is that of influence.

-Mödr, the creature from The Ritual. Powerful, fucked up deer-things that live in the forest, it has a cult that worships it, but doesn't seem to lord over them like some kind of king, and leaves them to their own devices, baring certain circumstances. Will eviscerate those that trespass.

Character inspirations!
Watching various horror media over the past week has made me think of the various things that have inspired my main/OC/Sona in terms of story and art, and I wanted to share it here for anyone that might be curious. May include other lore things here as well, but here we go!
