A beautiful scene at The Wharf in DC 3 weeks ago. We a lovely time and very few people were actually in DC, normally a horn honking city.
We were told most of the rooms haven’t booked, conventions are gone.
People don’t want to come to DC because of the current occupant in the WH.
Since folks are talking welfare queens and not knowing who Regan and his ilk said of black women when the real QUEEN was a white woman. Not all black ppl get welfare, Medicaid, etc.
These folks are hurting POOR people and rural communities which includes all races.
