This time I've tried something a little different by sewing the zips into the seams. Whilst the crotch zip has worked perfectly, the main zip on the side panel hasn't.
Nothing unpicking and re-evaluation won't harm.

Remade the mold last night did my Danny Phantom Logo. It's Freezing as hell. Woke super early to demold and make the logo before work.
😑 It's still tacky. I forgot basic chem science, that in colder environments it takes longer for things to bond.
