old insurance had already authorized the surgery and reviewed my therapist's letter of support but my new insurance has decided her letter isn't good enough and i have 10 days to chase down my doctors and literally beg one of them to write a new letter. great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
