I had the chance to ask one of my Senators this in a small group meeting and he thought it was a completely unfair question (we had to send qs in advance) and would not even consider answering it. It seems like a solid thing to ask any Rep or Senator, always but especially now.

So, this is the “Democrats’ Shutdown” when the GOP controls both houses of Congress and can’t govern unless it’s unilateral, dictatorial exercises of executive power?
