Fun day prototyping a board game
That would be fun
Who said that?
More food pics, please
And now I want to redesign this, lol
The game also ends when MAD happens. Not sure if the model knows that. While they have a memory system, it only has actions and is not preloaded with some understandings like "nuclear escalation could destroy the world."
Looks like they are relying solely on the models internal understanding: "Models appear to have internalized a firebreak between tactical and strategic nuclear use, treating the former as manageable escalation and the latter as catastrophic."
Need to read the paper, but I am curious if there was a penalty for their use that mirrored the potential understanding of nuclear weapons’ potential consequences
<Sad trombone noise>
Ha, I’ll have a trumpet in two weeks! I will play it badly
We should totally take all the safety’s off. What could go wrong
My partner finally got me to play Neva… bawling
Yeah, I’ve been thinking about that for a long time. It’s a huge domain and complicated
Climate conflict. Something that deals with modeling the human and security conditions around climate change
Can’t wait to see how this improves upon an already amazing game
Just started the last scenario in TCW 003, it’s pretty wild
Yes please! It took far too long to get a diagnosis
Without naming your job, tell me something you say over and over at work.
"Take it slower."
True, lol. Kevin Costner really had a rough streak there
I just realized Death Stranding is a retelling of The Postman (book by David Brin, ignore the movie)
I love my bolt!
@schumer.senate.gov is what weak leadership looks like
No, but I live in Philly. It’s inside the hellmouth
Cloudflare and Perplexity's recent spat isn't about the bots, its about getting creators paid
My fig tree is awesome
Attacking Philly is like cutting off your legs. Chance you won’t die but it’s going to make life hard. The right is so self destructive
True, but they are all obsessed with escaping humanity. They want nothing more than to leave their bodies and this earth
The inhuman dreams of the tech elite. No one told these people that space is pretty deadly to life?
love that
