In February, BK Open Hearts held a free store for homeless neighbors.

Our Douglaston chapter distributed shelf-stable foods at a supportive housing site last week.
Thanks to our members who collected donations, sent funds, distributed in person, & created activity kits.

As part of an effort to expand shelter capacity across the city, the 1114 First Avenue Women’s Shelter is set to open this year. This site will offer wrap-around services from trained clinicians and staff members to support residents’ needs.
