As a new Portlander, I was identified as such by my dentist who looked at my lack of fillings and figured I lived here less than a year. Having no fluoride in the water is gonna make a huge impact on a state known for its soda consumption.

Basically my set up. M4 base model, monitor, but for webcam I use my iPhone with a monitor mount. It’s gonna be better than most top-tier webcams. Use the money you’d spend on a camera on a keyboard with Touch ID so you can log in / approve security checks much easier.
