Nimajo pa niti malo pojma o zadevah, o katerih modrujejo.

V bistvu zelo neprimerno je, da morajo specializanti DM kroziti po sekundarnem nivoju, ostalim pa ni potrebno nikoli imeti izkusnje dela z primarja (razen vaj na faksu) in potem nimajo pojma, kako sploh deluje sistem

Obstaja razlog, zakaj se po koncu MF tako malo diplomantov odloci za druzinsko medicino …
6 let poslusanja norcevanja iz druzinske je verjetno eden od vecjih.

For me, the most incredible artefacts from the ancient world are the letters people wrote on clay tablets and sent to one another over thousands of years in Mesopotamia, going back to more than 5,000 years ago.

They contain recognisable humanity, warmth and humour. Here's a thread of my favourites.
