Change is never easy, but if you don't start, then you'll never know what is possible. I strongly believe that a therapist would be very helpful for you. I speak from experience.

Just because you were raised that way doesn't mean you have to live your life that way. Reality is ... it's really up to you to change that behavior. Trust me, it's not going to help you emotionally through your life.

But, you can't expect everyone that you meet in life to like you. Think about it ... do you like everyone you meet? Concentrate on those who have a good relationship with

You're setting yourself up to fail by thinking this way. There is nothing wrong with shooting for the stars and trying to be the best u can be, but if/when u don't achieve something... you're still the same great person

My advice to you is not to expect too much from ppl on social media.

This is where I'm at a disadvantage. I can't see the interactions u have w/ others. Maybe u have said something that put them off, or maybe THEY are irrationally reacting to an innocent comment. Maybe you're just not interacting with the right people for YOU.

It seems that you have high expectations and when they are not met, you turn those feelings inward and blame yourself

Could be many reasons for what u describe & doesn't mean that you're disliked. Ppl could be busy; time zone differences or perhaps the subject matter doesn't interest them. 1/
