You can't make laws to deal with this sort of behaviour by those in authority. It needs a cultural change. It needs a big increase in something properly civilised societies have. Compassion.

When the dot com bubble burst about 25 years ago it was not only the web companies that were hit. Other Hi Tech were also unfairly targets (including mine!).

That is quite depressing. If true, it means we only get a Labour government when it is led by someone who doesn't frighten the right. i.e. someone who won't fix anything.
