The culling has a chilling basis. Continue climate change and there may only be enough food etc. to support one billion people by the end of the century due to salt water flooding and desert creation. We keep population down by management or suffer disasters. To choose the latter is insane.

A fascinating article.
The racial and gender ideas are abhorrent and wrong.
Epstein et al draw what they want to believe from cherry picking and misinterpreting science and literature. Wilfully so with Dick and Heinlein. The latter's book is intentionally ambiguous and reads as satire by the sane.

Safe in 1945?
Tell that to the Czechs who lived through 1968.
Maybe by 1989.

Infantino. Trump.
FIFA Peace Prize. The what?!?
Sycophancy with the emphasis on sick.
And no doubt the following day the US Marines will be in Venezuela bringing "peace".

There, that's fixed it.

You just hit the jackpot. More people will get to see it than if they'd never censored it!
Probably make this Reith lecture the highest audience figures since it began.

Clearly been listening and learning over the last year. This budget much better than the last one. Keep it up and you will get support.

Just to save a bit of money and prevent juries from acquitting direct action protestors.
What next, remove the right of appeal?

Given the relatively low level of state pension in the UK compared to most European countries, the triple lock is the best way of slowly improving the finances of the worst off pensioners here. If wealthy pensioners were to pay the equivalent of NICs then this would balance.

The BBC may not be "institutionally biased" but it is subject to censorship. Be aware. It is sometimes the news stories that are not covered that reveal this.

It's not possible to build any sort of "space interceptor" for $9m. It's not rocket science.

And no doubt (soon if not already) - Rugby commentators describing a player who is successful in scoring points by putting a ball over a line. (see - Olympic commentators use of "medalling").

You can't make laws to deal with this sort of behaviour by those in authority. It needs a cultural change. It needs a big increase in something properly civilised societies have. Compassion.

It's her attempt at "balance", so if she gets criticism for hitting one group, she can say she also hit other groups. But like the BBC interviewing fools to "balance" experts, it is a false balance. What happened to "broadest shoulders"? Serious tax can only be raised from those with serious cash.

Nathan Gill. UKIP / Brexit / Reform. Paid to support Russia.
Farage also said stuff in support of Russia and Putin, but absolutely no connection, nothing to see here, move along.

Serious question. Do they really believe that the Alf Garnetts would really vote for a party headed by Shabana Mahmoud any more than they would vote for a party headed by Kemi Badenoch?
It's a ruse by Bannon to support Reform.

When it bursts, can investors please be discriminating about which companies they devalue? Only directly AI related should be affected.
When the dot com bubble burst about 25 years ago it was not only the web companies that were hit. Other Hi Tech were also unfairly targets (including mine!).

That is quite depressing. If true, it means we only get a Labour government when it is led by someone who doesn't frighten the right. i.e. someone who won't fix anything.

In spite of Corbyn's faults (acknowledged), just looking at the figures (2017 12.9m votes, 2024 9.7m votes) he did rather well don't you think?
