I also just cannot invest the time I used to invest in seeking out music and managing my music intake. Some of this is because Apple Music is WAY shittier for making playlists (I won’t let it take my library into the cloud, so half the features are disabled), but some is just age

With each passing year I do notice how much LESS I stream music compared to other people. Putting music on is a very intentional act for me, it’s almost never just on in the background. Four plays of an album is a lot for me (if I like something that much I buy the vinyl, which isn’t tracked)
