ANALYSIS: Since this isn't a caught stealing at third, the runner going to second can get a stolen base. Not sure if this was ruled indifference, but the defense is already down 5-2 ... they don't want another run scoring at this point and you have to account for the base gained.

If I were scoring, this would be a double steal as it fits all the written rules as both runners advanced a base without the aid of an error, and to me it's similar to the 1st and 3rd play where R1 gets caught in a rundown on purpose and the defense opts to get R3 going home and both are safe. (4)

What it can't be is what it is right now, because you must account for every base, and right now two are unaccounted for, but that was the decision of the official scorer. (3)

What's not here is how the two runners advanced to second and third, so there should be an appeal by the @cubsbot.bsky.social as Happ and Hoerner either should both have a steal, or Hoerner should have a picked off/caught stealing. (2)
