微信群中跨性别自贱的家伙太多了，就这种水平，到下个世纪中国的跨性别者都别想抬头。

上周屏蔽的某些人就是，在线下活动表达自己平时就很pass，大家都把他当（顺）男，觉得川粉、马粉、罗琳教徒的言论不怎么影响到他。然后罗琳骂了艾玛就来阴阳朋友圈讨伐罗琳。

跨性别里何尝不会有贱人，有一点点资源，外观pass一些，觉得手术完后可以上岸，就开始舔马斯克和特朗普。

事实上并不存在所谓的政治和生活分割，我能创建个小号不提跨性别任何事，但阻止不了有人把JKR的玩意转到我面前。

I felt like my brain was cooked when I tried to recall my memories of the concepts and translate them in parallel.

For example, I tried to answer a question about “Do you have experience in an Agile development environment?” I know what Agile development is, but I have never tried to explain it in English. I learned it in Chinese, and the concepts and terms in my mind are all in Chinese.

Maybe I should pre-translate some key terms or phrases. I can think while typing but I can't think while speaking.

In a mock interview, I wanted to answer some questions with experiences that occurred in my real life. However, these experiences happened in a Chinese communication environment, and I wanted to describe them in English during the interview, which made my brain freeze.

I want to practice for a full-time English interview, but it's hard to find resources. How do native English speaker do when they want to find a new job?
