“Guh…Ah’ knew this was a bad idea.” The portly hog murmured, as he wandered the dingy alleyways of Piltover’s undercity. Surely he’d be able to find his way back topside before he got hungry…or worse, someone got hungry for him.

“Haw, Ah’m that easy ta read, huh?” He gave his sizable belly a few pats, giggling in turn.

“Yeah, Ah’ reckon ya got a point. Food’s better shared with others, so th’ same’s prolly true ‘bout all sorts’f stuff!”

“Hum…”

He looks down at his own feet, shifting them in the grass.

“Ya really think so?”

His feet are killing him. Turns out, wandering around all day can be pretty tiring.

“Why fight when ya can eat together instead?”

And Zhu is blissfully unaware, even as the smell of smoke and flames slowly near his location.

“Mmh…toasty…” he mumbles in his slumber.

Whoa, that sounds real dangerous…especially for a pig that’s sleeping under a tree right now.

He’s scratching his butt a few times.

“Haw haw, yay!” He smiles happily at his master.

“What ‘bout me? Ah’m very interestin!”

A VERY loud yawn from the oversized pig. He was sleepy today.

“Haw haw, thanks. Are ya from round these parts?”

“Bet…uh, el, haw. My name’s Zhu Bajie, but most folks jus’ call me Zhu. Nice ta meetcha.”

He offered a dopey smile back.

“…” He huffed, rubbing his arm a bit. “Okay, maybe Ah’ got a bit too defensive there. Ah’ didn’t mean ta fly off th’ handle like that.”

“Mmmh…yeah, well, ya should keep that curiosity ta yerself sometimes.”

“…Buh?! Ah’ didn’t…Ah’ mean Ah’ve always been this…Wh-What’s it to ya anyways, huh?!”

He puffs out his cheeks.

“Gosh, sounds good ta me. Ah’ dun’ like pickin’ fights anyways.”

“But uh…who should Ah’ fight?”

Whoa…that guy’s real big…bigger than me even!

“Well maybe Ah’ should fight more.”

“Gosh, ya really think so?”

He’s deep in thought about…something. Could be something serious, could be mulling over what to have as a late night snack.

Whatever the case, this pig looked pensive.
