Doing research for the book I'm writing and absolutely losing it over this glove ad from the early 1900's. Why is staring straight at the camera? Why is he saying that?

1. Like, share, and comment on any library post featuring Pride books or messaging that's positive. You can influence the algorithm for good.
2. Write a letter to your library board thanking the library for Pride displays.
Get a library card. Use it. Talk positively about the library to friends and on social media. Go to city council and library board meetings. Speak up. Vote in local elections. Pay attention to state legislation and call your representative. Donate to Friends of the Library.

And usually it’s a very basic online form? Google your library name plus the words “request a title” or “suggest a title” to find yours.
