“I found them. Didn’t take them off people, if that’s what you’re worried about. All sorts of things wash up from Treviso’s canals, or end up in weird places. And no, no names, that would be weird.”
*hums* Sure, why not.
Eden nods back and lets him depart. She needs something to distract her now. Maybe going to town on a training dummy for a while… yeah, that’ll do.
“That…” Eden frowns at the note, then huffs out a sigh. “That’s a good point. Things we hate sharing even with ourselves.“ She looks up at the much taller Crow and manages a tiny smile. “Thanks. I’m feeling a little better already.”
It’s actually nice having someone just listen and not feel the need to offer solutions. Eden grumbles once more and sighs.
“Whatever. Dumb… magic thing… doesn’t know anything. Sorry, I know I shouldn’t let it bother me.”
*shakes her head and grumbles* I just can’t ever find clippers when I need them…

*opens her mouth to speak, then closes it and frowns.* I don’t know about “allure”, but… touché.
Eden starts pouring herself some coffee while she tries to match the name to a face. “Dunno any magisters. Thought they all liked to stay holed up in Minrathous. But spirits have been acting up a bit, so it’s good someone’s looking into it.” She sips, and stares. “The Talon’s know you’re here?”
Hmm… sure. Cactuses are alright.
*Her face twists into a mighty scowl of baffled disgust.* People are already trying to- What is wrong with them?! He’s not THAT pretty, surely?
She narrows her eyes, then nods slightly. “Understandable. Comfort the brain, everything else follows. I do that with leather.” It doesn’t occur to her to elaborate.
She starts towards the coffee pot, still watching Vanya all the while. “You’re not from around here. Or a Crow. Visiting someone?”
……… Fine.
She finally takes a step through the doorway as she speaks, her neutral expression belying her wariness and suspicion at the unfamiliar presence.
“If you’re trying to calm down, more caffeine doesn’t usually help with that.”
“You know that’s not going to help, right?”
Eden’s been watching the unfamiliar woman and her coffee for about five minutes. Not creepily, not intentionally, anyway—she was just caught between “really want coffee” and “stranger in familiar space, cannot enter”. Which can be paralyzing at times.

*Eden frowns in genuine thought.* Are there? Other than the usual Wintersend celebrations, I can’t think of anything else special happening.

* Also, whether Eden would use “bello”, “bella”, or “bellu” would be dependent on your character’s gender/pronouns.
(As far as I can tell, Italian doesn’t have a standardized gender neutral word ending or pronoun yet, so I’m going with “-u” for now.)
* The nickname would be based off a previous conversation where you establish something specific about your character.
Dunno what exactly, but it might be like what their favorite animal is from a list, or based off the primary “tone” you select for dialogue options (humorous, kind, forceful, etc).
