They keep saying "90% of users will never see this" to make it sound like a few dozen edge cases. But if Discord is being honest about its active users, 10% would be more than 20,000,000 people.

They are doing this PR move ONLY because of the backlash. Don't think their intention changed even for a second. Don't sigh with relief. We will hear about it all over again in a few months.
