In March US Sen Candidate Diane Sare's demeanor suddenly changed. She went from being very confident about the lawsuit that she filed with us against the #RocklandCounty Board of Elections, challenging the results of #Election2024 to being afraid & almost panicked. We believe she was intimidated.

We believe US Sen Candidate Diane Sare was intimidated into leaving the lawsuit she filed with us. She filed because she believes her votes were drastically underreported & she found proof that more voters voted for her than the Board counted #WitnessIntimidation

§16-113(2)
The supreme court, by a justice within the judicial district / may direct a manual audit/
(2) where evidence presented to the court otherwise
indicates that there is a likelihood of a material discrepancy
between such manual audit tally and such voting machine
or system tally

#RocklandCounty Lawsuit Update #5
The NY Election Law has a clear path to a #recount:
§16-113(2) says that a judge the supreme court (which is where we filed) may direct a manual audit of the voter verifiable audit records/where evidence indicates that there is likely to be a material discrepancy.

You can't just ignore evidence in a murder trial. For example if the murder weapon is found in the defendant's home, do you just not mention it? That's a strange defense.

#RocklandCounty Lawsuit Update #4
Board of Elections completely ignores the issue of the #Dropoff in Rockland County, which is a major part of the lawsuit.
They literally don't mention it. If the drop-off is so normal, or there's a good reason for it. why not say so?
