Screenshot of a tweet from the ARC saying the following: "DP26 EOI applicants: tomorrow all lead CIs will receive an email with their outcomes and all applicants will be able to get their results in RMS. Due to the volume of applications, emails may be staggered throughout the day. Stay tuned for an update.".
The ARC have tweeted that they will released Discovery Projects Expression of Interest outcomes tomorrow.

I've written a paper on interfacial excess calculations from atom probe data, looking at improving estimates of the uncertainty. I provide some tips on how to calculate and minimise uncertainty, but ultimately, most experiments just need more counts! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...

A late update, but the first paper from Siyu's PhD is published! Hydrides in Zr alloys studied with atom probe tomography. We find a hugely complex nanostructure of hydrides, oxides, and a cool mesh pattern. See: link.springer.com/article/10.1...

APMC 2025
APMC 2025 (aka ACMM28) will be held in early Feb 2025 in Brisbane. Abstracts are still being accepted across bio/materials science and registration is still early-bird. It should be a really great meeting for Australian and Asia-Pacific microscopists! See www.apmc13-2025.org #microscopy
