As a kid growing up on the Florida Gulf Coast, we got to try skating with blades on a plastic rink at a mall. (Emphasis on “try.”) It was not a great experience and now I shudder to think of the microplastics created.

My initial reading of BLM was very confusing and then I figured out which acronym it is in this context.
I’ve had the windows open the last few nights and, around 3am, I hear a motorcycle screaming up the hill, down the hill, up the hill, and down the hill from New Hampshire to Laurel. I’m annoyed to wake up to it and scared I’ll hear the consequences of those actions.
My kid was terrified of the idea of a fairy getting close to him while he slept so we had a special bag set by the door with his tooth. In the morning a gold dollar coin was in its place.

Yes, I’ve been sharing them all with my SIL because she’d love them but the existing locations aren’t convenient to her. She sent me that pic, surprised to see it and knowing I’d be happy for her
I threw a bunch of damaged tomatoes from last year back into the raised beds. Those plants actually did really well—just the squirrels enjoyed them before I did. Volunteers always seem to thrive for me so I’m banking on that.
I am so far behind. Granted, my indoor grow space has been occupied by puppies for two months.
Hoping to finally get seeds in dirt tomorrow (some for starting, hardy ones direct sown)
