I’m not sure what it means for us all being raised by Steven Spielberg movies that are all kinda about him wondering if he’s a bad father

My dad called me last night. Only the 2nd time that I can remember him crying. My grandmother is losing her mind and her body is failing. She’s coming to the end… and she’s often been unkind and always distant. I wish I knew her better. I wish my grief wasn’t so complicated.

I can’t explain why, but Adam Driver has always sounded to me like a British person doing an ok American accent.

They say ‘99 was the best year in film. Sure, 6th Sense, Matrix, Iron Giant, and so on. But what about when Sarah Michelle Geller’s guardian angel gave her a magical crab that helped her cook food that made people feel her emotions and levitate?
