Petitions for Ballot Initiatives #109 and #110 have been submitted to the Secretary of State's office, but they aren’t on the ballot yet. The signatures still need to be validated before these make it onto the ballot.

There are two ways candidates in Colorado can get on the ballot for 2026. One way is through county caucuses. If you've ever felt like you want more say in politics than just voting once a year, attend a county caucus and help shape the ballot: bit.ly/40bqoeE

Looks like Colorado has another crusader against kids. Congressman Gabe Evans has signed onto the harmful proposals collecting signatures right now to appear on our ballots.
Rep. Evans, hate isn't common sense. And you should be ashamed of yourself for attacking Colorado families and doctors.
Colorado joins a coalition of 19 states and the District of Columbia suing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, its secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and its inspector general over a declaration that threatens access to gender-affirming care for young people.
Thank you to Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser for continuing to stand up to hateful policies that target transgender youth and their families.

Don’t sign any petition in support of Ballot Measures #109 and #110. The groups collecting signatures describe them as protecting children, but they attack the rights of Colorado children and families. National politics like these efforts don’t reflect our values. handsoffco.org

There are 2 ballot petitions circulating that would take away rights from the families of trans youth (#109 and #110). One attacks their ability to play sports. The other tries to ban life-saving healthcare. If someone asks you to sign one, say no thanks, and tell your friends why. #HandsOffColorado
