I think I figured out why the detention center didn't hold me for restoration and instead released me on a conditional bond during a bipolar episode: my hand injury that required major surgery. they didn't want to pay for it. jail ended up paying anyway, probably tens of thousands lolol

so to wrap it up: 1) GA should have held me for restoration, so the charges of stalking and theft are bogus; 2) unwillingness to transport me to restoration violates my right to due process; 3) sending my legal mail to the victims of the crime violated both attorney-client privilege *AND* HIPAA
5/ since the state is unwilling to transport me to and from restoration, it is now culpable for interfering with a fair and speedy trial along with violating my right to due process.
there's more: the state sent my case-related mail regarding my mental health to the victims of the crime. LAWSUIT
4/ i am still wearing the ankle monitor 2 years after i got out of jail, waiting for GA to send me to restoration so that i can get a trial date after that. still waiting! without sending me to the psych ward, my case has ground to a halt. GA is also unwilling to transport me the 2.5 hrs to the ward
3/ after the bogus conditional bond was violated, i was rearrested and spent 7 months in jail, 1 month of that in solitary. once out, the state placed me under strict house arrest first, and i spent months unable to leave my hotel room. they lifted the strict part but kept the ankle montitor on.
2/ i had a bipolar episode on June 6th 2023 and was let out shortly afterward on a conditional bond. i was still in the middle of an episode and accidentally violated the conditional bond. charged with aggravated stalking and theft by taking. both charges are the judge's fault for releasing me.
1/ this. is. what. is. happening. to. me. lol how much plainer can i put it. GA has wasted 2 years 8 months pretending to put me on trial, should have held me for restoration instead of releasing me on a bond. it will get a judge fired along with an investigation into the public defender's office.
