Arsenal tend to agree with the player first, and then approach the club for a transfer. But other clubs seem to do it the other way.

Does this hurt us or help us overall?

Arsenal Interview- Question 1: What do you think of Tottenham?

He must have answered correctly!

Lucas Perez is a more glaring omission to me

@arseblog.com Followed by Sesko’s agent? Just got back from holidays…..quick trip to London with a convenient wedding cover story. Was Lana really in the kennel or was she sniffing out a story? What do you know??

The way I look at it we will get the most expensive keeper ever for 5 million, while still in his prime for a goalkeeper.

If he played a game, I would feel comfortable, which is all you want in your backup.

So, let’s say we had the option to sign Rodrygo, but had to sell Martinelli to fund it.

Yes or No?

The way I look at it…..Mikel Merino did a pretty good job at striker.

If we get an actual striker playing striker, in our system, the floor should be fairly high.

I would be interested to see what Sesko looks like compared to Hojlund and Isak.

Let’s say that Hojlund is the low end of his outcomes, where someone like Isak might be the high end.

Even if he ends up somewhere in the middle, say Watkins like, he will still have some decent value.

We were there or thereabouts until match week 25. Loss to West Ham and draws with Forest, United, Everton, Brentford, and Palace did us in. Could have easily got 10 more points from that run.

There is this kid from Lyon, scored 19 goals in all competitions…..name is something like La Casette or something like that.

And no mention of Zinchenko?

Same….I would have taken a 0-1 after that first 15-20 mins.

If you are going to win the Champions League, you need to show you can handle adversity: next week is our chance!

Would have preferred a moments applause.

And guessing as he was a big football fan, Pope Francis might have as well.

The key to scoring on Onana is to hit the ball at him.

Chances are he will get out of the way. We went about it all wrong when we tried to hit the ball where he wasn’t.

I am sure that referee will be promoted next week.

Showing true premier league potential.

Is it out of the realm of possibility that Liverpool average a point a game the rest of the way? They have been struggling lately, and that could open the door.

Not a ton…but watched enough of Alex Iwobi over the years to know he isn’t an elite talent.

He is certainly useful and a good player, but not a game changer.

21.02.2025 04:14 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Having Alex Iwobi in that box kinda shows you that stats don’t tell the whole story…..

It all depends on where we are at the international break. If we can be within 4 or 5 points, I think we have a shot.

All roads require a win at Anfield, with no doubt Michael Oliver as referee……

We have been warning you that she was in red zone due to the schedule.

You had the chance to add another dog in the January window and now are paying the price.

No way, Ten Hag is going to Spurs to take over for Big Ange.

This will be a true test of the team. Even with our strikers out, we still have loads of talent and need to adjust.

The midfielders will need to step up, and maybe we can find some magic. As they say, necessity is the mother of invention!

13.02.2025 16:58 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

To be fair, all but two teams drop out of the cups before the final.

Probably Sesko rather than Isak

I mean, is Spurs beating a bunch of elves really newsworthy?

They will have it tougher against Umpa-Lumpa FC in the next round.

31.01.2025 03:37 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 1

I think the soon to be Eric Ten Hag Spurs might be even more Spursy…..they were made for each other really….

Poor Michael Oliver……gaslighting by the PGMOL.

Let’s ignore the obvious corruption and focus on some social media messages.

Referees shouldn’t be abused, but it’s a separate issue to the one at hand.
