It’s the little things in life that can bring so much joy if you let them. How vibrant is your food? Feeling so grateful that I have the opportunity to grow my own herbs and some veggies to add vibrancy to my meals. I used to grow and harvest so much more but every little bit counts.

I can’t even imagine. Sun was setting at 8:30pm last week here in Aotearoa. I would definitely be suffering from SAD if I lived in so much darkness.

Swimming at 8pm last night in a low tide pool in Piha. So good. Kept my head above the water and got changed and dry and warm as soon as I got out. This is the trick to being able to do cold swims and not get sick. Very invigorating

A moonlit moment on my walk to my cabin last night. I drunk a whole bottle of wine with dinner so I’m awake at 3:30 with my body protesting the consumption. To be fair I also ate a lot of great food with a table full of humans I love. But yer nah to over consumption. I’m too old for this shit.

Today is so delicious. Already had a lush forest walk this morning. Lil midday nap and now down to Karekare beach for another walk and swim. #waitakere has my heart.

A slow Saturday morning with blue sky’s outside and in my computer, getting my admin done and cooking some yums. Feel a nice curiosity about this new online space.
