2nd most frequented site in the West Mids, and all females; interesting 🤔!!

I’ve seen a handful of Turnstones at Clifton, but never actually found one myself. So I was chuffed to find a summer plumage bird feeding along the east shore of the main pit this morning. Also 6 Black Terns, a Ruff and Greenshank still. #WorcsBirds #BirdingCentral

Very pleased, and quite surprised to have found a Snow Bunting in a wet field at Longdon, Worcestershire, this morning.

Thanks Craig. Just 56 Tufteds, 10 Pochard, 9 Goosander, 67 Pintail. Didn’t count Wigeon or Teal, the cold got the better of me.

A Ruff was visible on the SE shoreline of the main pit this morning before entering the narrow drainage channel. Also a Whinchat S of main, and 2 Great Egrets.
