Judge Immergut again granting plaintiffs' motion for temporary restraining order finding no additional information has been provided that indicates a change on the ground in Portland that would necessitate national guard deployment. NO National Guard from any state can be deployed there for now.

Plaintiffs' attorney tells judge that they need to expand their requested temporary restraining order to include a restraint against any national guard being deployed to Portland because now Trump admin is attempting to send TX national guard in, not just CA.

Plaintiffs include City of Portland, State of Oregon and State of California. Attorneys for both California and Oregon arguing that each state would suffer "irreparable harm" if California's national guard sent to Oregon.

All the dots line up- she’s from Chicago, was at a Sky game in August, runs Ariel Investments that launched a new initiative in Jan. 2025 to invest in women’s sports and her co-CEO at the investment firm already has a stake in the Sky.
