I'm gonna see how it is over the weekend and call up Monday if I'm still having issues.

Really....really wanting to run but one of my ankles has been painful since my session with the running group on Thursday so I'm sucking it up and resting this weekend.
We got a social run on Thursday so I'm going to build up to that instead.
Frustrating but id rather not make anything worse.

Left it late but this year's (main) advent calendar picked up.

So that's two days in a row and two failed deliveries by lazy DPD drivers.
Shoes yesterday were given to our next door neighbour and the speakers are being dropped of at a locker instead of the drivers walking to the front of my house and knocking the door.
Not impressed at all.

I'm keeping them around regardless. The road shoes had a lot of firsts so I'm not binning them. The trail shoes are the wrong size and keep undoing so those I'm not too worried about.

Shoe retirement complete.
Cascadia 14 replaced by Cascadia 19 (yellow shoe is the new one)
Adrenaline 22 replaced by Adrenaline 25 silvers (Anniversary colours).

New running shoes arrived next week and then after the speakers the only major expense I'm expecting is the Valve Frame when the price drops.
