With everything happening I know I should be down about my lack of park runs to start this year off but man it looks depressing.
Guess I'll have to hard focus the Newport Half next weekend and get back into it from there.

Unlikely to make it to Copenhagen either in time for a run as my stomach feels like acid tonight and I need rest.
Bit gutted not to get a new flat but there will be other times.
For now, enjoying the rest of the con and getting back home safely on Sunday.

PB's all around in 1-2-1.
119kg trap deadlifts for 10 and 2500m on the rowing machine in 9mins 52 seconds.

Bulk of my packing for NFC is done thanks yo mu new suitcase. Just a few things over Monday and Tuesday and I'm off.

No parkrun run today but a 2 hour trip turning into a 3 hour one picked your sister up from the airport in the wee small hours will probably do that ^^
