Finally decided to ask for a month of unpaid leave at work.
I know I am in a privileged position with everything going on in the 3D/Games industry right now, but I just really need to dive deep into my own creative projects for some time before I go insane. No guarantee that I get it approved tho.
I cannot emphasize enough that these people are being laid off for failing to do things that are literally impossible

Same, I should try going back at some point, but I think the new RE games (7 onwards) have in many ways perfected the looting and shooting balance where just exploring around in first-person is very engaging. Deep in RE9 and loving it. (But don’t care to much for Leon’s parts)
