I feel so out of practice with having to do that, that I am essentially starting from scratch as a school librarian and having to relearn and adapt to this new normal. If anyone has any advice, I would gladly welcome it.

I have spent a large chunk of my career to this point working in a school where I didn't need to convince kids to read. They were like tiny book addicts, devouring my collection. I moved to my current in 2022 & I have been struggling to figure out how to get my students engaged with books.
