I'm very happy that I established new connections with many new colleagues. I also appreciate @ivanjaric.bsky.social
a lot, you gave me lots of support in my PhD (including this trip).
The busiest month in my PhD, visited so many people and institutions, half of the trip with @franckcourchamp.bsky.social @laiscarneiro03.bsky.social @bleroyecology.bsky.social. Thanks a lot for all of your support. Super happy that I can reconnect with a lot of my previous friends and colleagues.
Very glad to attend InvaPact III workshop, quantifying the ecological impacts of biological invasions. A lot of nice people and collaborative projects. Thanks a lot @franckcourchamp.bsky.social. I am very positive and excited about future collaboration with many participants.
I'm really pleased to have had the opportunity to join InvaPact1 and InvaPact2, which helped me a lot, and all the people are quite nice. Previous workshops have made great progress and I believe InvaPact3 will be a great step to quantify the ecological impacts of biological invasions!

Thanks, Ana, for sharing the Newsletter. I was shocked to hear of John Measey's passing, having met him in China just before starting my PhD.
That's interesting. I seldom think about biodiversity in ice area. But biodiversity in temperate regions can be from ice area a long time ago.
Amazing people and amazing works!
Global science faces persistent geographic disparities, leaving many nations regionally underrepresented – our study now published in Front. Ecol. Environ. @esajournals.bsky.social doi.org/10.1002/fee.... with @shawan-chowdhury.bsky.social and Christophe Diagne #ecology #conservation
Using two articles involved in my master's period to welcome myself to Bluesky. My projects focused on the management and evolution of invasive plants. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.
