Not sure what you know, and also what you want to focus on but do that!! Focus on something like either listening, grammar, writing because doing everything at once is A LOT! As for me, I’m focusing on listening and speaking, forget kanji! I’ll deal with that later!

I’ve known about them for a while - SIL bought me some lil blank Artist Trading cards and I was like “wat dis?” And she explained that you can draw lil pics and trade the art with fellow artists and I was: “that’s a thing!?” But I haven’t really been interested until recently….

Yes and no. You need to do the heavy lifting when it comes to promoting your services. But I believe I got some commissions because those commissioners have accounts on Vgen. I also feel it’s adds a safeguard for those who are nervous about commissioning - verification, reviews, portfolio etc.
