Reconnecting with partners and participating in workshops reinforced something powerful: when climate advocates and housing rights defenders work together, solutions become more ambitious AND more achievable. #UrbanFuture #JustTransition #Housing #RightToHousing

Key insight: We need to unlock existing housing stock potential. Thousands of empty or under-utilized apartments across Europe could address both housing needs and climate goals simultaneously.

Two standout panels: "Home Improvement: Starting with People" with brilliant insights from European CLT Network's Aga Biedelek & National Retrofit Hub's Sara Edmonds on community-led housing improvements. Plus "Housing vs Emissions" challenging the idea that building more is the only solution.
