Are there any good, free "app cloner" for Android?

I want: to simply be able to open the same app "twice", and get different activities -- both staying open, with their own UI state, so I can toggle between them.

(Happen to want this for Obsidian, but it seems general enough.)

Or other solutions?

This reminds me of a cycling map of San Francisco I once saw. There the streets had different colors depending on their slope.
