From using high end monitors I can say above 360 is where it gets harder to tell and motion clarity is more important than the refresh rate. Things like dyac or OLED's with very fast pixel response times become more important. If you use any of these in competitive fps titles it's very noticeable.

Stop peddling this shit seriously. I remember when people used to say you couldn't see above 30hz. It's very very obvious the difference between even 144hz and 240. Let alone 100-240. If my refresh rate resets I notice it within one mouse swipe in game. It feels awful immediately.
