"Oh probably someone just put a handful there" I hear you say.
There are also 4 bubble gums thrown in as a gift.
I've ordered food for dinner for myself and it was delivered with 4 forks.
I'm emotionally crushed.
🥳
(also imagine your country hating your sexual identity so much that they are willing to spend time and money to almost endlessly argue about it in courts)
but still 🥳
I like that one of the Amazon categories on the main page is "Same Day & Overnight".
- I don't know what I want to buy but I want to get it the same day, or maybe overnight, yes!
It’s widely known (and, I think, pretty uncontroversial) that learning requires effort — specifically, if you don’t have to work at getting the knowledge, it won’t stick.
Even if an LLM could be trusted to give you correct information 100% of the time, it would be an inferior method of learning it.
Random q to all you London-based cybersecurity people: is there a space where I would be able to do free hardware hacking workshops for the community? :)
Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…
Fixed, thanks!
My favourite Polish fact. On the first day of spring kids skip school (sometimes even in a “sanctioned” way) to build a straw impersonation of winter, set it on fire and throw it into a river.
Of course the older you get the more exciting reasons you have to skip school ;)

Cloudflare is down which means that downdetector - the service people use to check if things are down - is also down.
Funny internet we are having now.
One of my silly hobbies is following the Alex Jones universe. When they did Posobiec on mainstream media (CNN) I immediately knew Fuentes will be next and then at some point Alex Jones will get his own show too.
August 20, 1939 😳
Law enforcement: we need to break encryption to get access to Signal to protect the children!!
Also law enforcement: for years couldn’t catch a pedophile sex trafficker who used email to coordinate all of his pedophile sex trafficking
I was in the supermarket and this random guy came over just to tell me that he likes my hair…
Me in the snack aisle:
Hmmm… made up quotes, charts that don’t make sense, referencing defunct malware families…
Sounds like AI to me.
Security by exhaustion - when you have so many insecure systems that it’s physically impossible to hack all of them
Fingers crossed!! :)
but… but… it only works if it’s Signal… an attorney said so
I’ve actually been to Almaty a few weeks ago, but April may sound doable. I’ll DM for details :)
+1 to travel hacking being really fun
It really depends on the needs though (obviously). My approach is very much “I will go anywhere as long as I haven’t been there yet”. I don’t think I bought even one ticket for the full price in over a year. Lounges also make me save money on food.
The asbestos of cellular networks - SS7 - strikes again!

Everyone expects the popes to say something very progressive and controversial and they always go “love thy neighbour” and people are all up in arms because they prefer to hate they neighbours
I love how “the Pope says a fairly basic Catholic thing and it offends Catholics” has been a thing ever since I can remember
