Love the warm welcome from the #PedsICU folks! Quick q: I’m one of the 4th yr chiefs and my fellowship program is transitioning the fellow role in the CICU from supervisory to frontline provider to be more in line with other programs. I was wondering if I could pick your collective brains (1/2)

The funny thing about medical education is me, a man well into my thirties, doing all the work for job applications for the FIRST time because all of my preceding jobs went through a portal and an algorithm that chose for me. #MedSky #PedsICU #fellowship #pediatrics
