the yawn mimic is so satisfying! it feels like it's only then i'm able to take a deep breath. literally though, i'm trying to take deep breaths multiple times and it's only on the 5th-7th time that my body is like "ok. here's a deep breath as a treat!"

it's really weird because I won't be able to take a deep breath until I'm like.. mimicking a yawn? freaks me out. i always have to use my pulse ox to make sure my oxygen level is fine.
